These terms cover techwreck.org, run by WeldonPC.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Your reports

What you write on a desk is yours. Do not put passwords, payment card numbers or other people's private records in a report: a report is protected only by its link, and anyone you give the link to can read and change it.

What the site does and does not do

TechWreck helps you write an incident report. Durations, costs and severity levels are worked out from what you enter, by the rules shown on the severity page. They are not legal, insurance, accounting or security advice.

The Desk Pass

The Desk Pass costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal, and renews until you cancel it in PayPal. When you cancel, it stays on until the end of the period you paid for. During the preview there is no checkout and every desk has the Desk Pass tools free.

Fair use

Do not use the site to store unlawful material or to attack it or anyone else. Limits on new desks and saves per hour keep the service up for everyone.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your desks safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, and we are not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with its date. Last changed 13 October 2026.
