About TechWreck
Big companies have incident processes, on-call teams and postmortem templates. Small offices, clubs, families and one-person IT shops have a bad Tuesday and a group chat. TechWreck gives them the same discipline in a form they can finish in half an hour.
TechWreck is built and run by WeldonPC.com. It is not a nonprofit; the .org is only the address. It does not sell repairs, take referral fees or show ads. The only thing for sale is the Desk Pass.
No staff read your reports and no AI writes or reads them. The durations, cost, severity, timeline sorting and Report Check are plain code, described on the severity page and in the guide.
TechWreck helps you write a report; it is not legal, insurance or security advice. If private data was exposed, talk to a lawyer promptly, and to your cyber insurer if you have one: breach notice deadlines can be short. NCSL (ncsl.org) keeps a list of the US state breach notification laws, and the FTC's "Data Breach Response: A Guide for Business" (ftc.gov) covers the first steps.
